The prices in the price list are valid for at least three (3) consecutive nights' bookings. Should your stay be shorter, the price is by 20% higher than quoted above.
The price includes:

~ bed linen, towels and the kitchen towel set
Additional:
~ the tourist tax is € 2 for adults, € 1 for children aged 7-12 and free for children younger than 7
~ the final cleaning costs € 40
